Mister Merc’s Chrome Cleaning Tip #1950

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

You just picked up a piece of chrome from the junk yard that doesn’t look to bad… It’s not show chrome but if you could just get that STUBBORN SURFACE RUST off it would be ok for crusin the local shows… You’ve tried the liquid chrome cleaners, that didn’t work…You’ve given it as much elbow grease as you can but just can’t seen to break the barrier of surface rust…Well, don’t let too many peole know, but just pick up some 0000 steel wool, that’s double ot zero, now put that liquid chrome cleaner, liguid wax or any kind of cleaner you have , lightly scrub and wala……Rust gone and nice shiny chrome… Just another money saving tip from Mister Merc….Remember, shiny chrome makes a happy car….
